Return Policy: We will be happy to exchange or issue a store/online credit for Merchandise returned within 2 weeks of delivery date.  We cannot accept returns without prior authorization (per telephone or E-mail).  All merchandise must be in original condition and packaging.  All sales including credit card purchases are final and not refundable.  Returns are the responsibility of the customer and any shipping charges from us or from you will not be credited.  Please be sure to insure your package with appropriate dollar value in case of any damages that may result.  There are no returns for Sale Items, Special Orders or Jewelry/Accessories.
